Submit a service request by creating a ticket on http://support.sinclairstoryline.com/ and include the following on the ticket:

1. Filename of the weather image you would like on the newsletter (example 7-day-forecast, etc.). This is an image you would be sending to FTP and is likely also on your Weather Maps page.
2. If the newsletter is sponsored, attach a 160x600 high-resolution sponsor image and a click-through URL for the image.

Through the ticket, the Support team will help generate a newsletter, create a signup page for users to subscribe, and provide next steps on how newsletter emails can be sent from SecondStreet (eBlast).
