Whether produced locally or for a national audience, Town Hall events generally include a panel of topic experts, community engagement components, and can be filmed live or be pre-recorded.

    • Town Hall event hosted by Armstrong Williams and produced weekly for national syndication.

StoryLine Town Hall Timeline

  1. 48-hours prior to event start time: Story published/syndicated
  2. 24-hours prior to event start time: Alert published/syndicated
  3. Day of event:
    • Verify proper DVEO routing for event feed
    • Turn on STATION_EVENT feed 3-5 minutes before event start time
    • Turn off STATION_EVENT feed at event conclusion
  4. Post-event:
    • Turn off STATION_EVENT feed
    • Clip media asset
    • Add clipped asset in story package body, Republish
